After-sale Services

After you purchase the machine, we will provide the machine handover documents, including:

  1. Complete documents support, including the manual book, circuit diagram, guiding videos and pictures, etc.
  2. Abundant labels marked on the machine, easy for wires connection
  3. Online services: Technicians can solve problems remotely for you online, via Email, instant chatting and online meeting

In order for you to have a good machine experience, if you have no mechanical experience or experienced technicians, we hope that you will give priority to contacting us to arrange engineers to provide you with on-site service. It is up to you.

 

1. On-site Service

Our engineer can provide on-site service, and the daily cost and transportation cost are agreed by both parties.
If local service is required, we will check with the local agent and entrust them to do the service.

2. Online Service
We offer the 24×7 online Q&A service, with the following channels,

According to your description, we will sort out the relevant information and send it to your email.
Instant chatting:
By whatsapp, wechat or other ways, we will have instant communication to solve problems efficiently.
Online meeting:
Our after-sales service will provide a certain amount of online meeting time to solve your difficult problems.
Considering the time difference between the two parties and saving your online meeting service time, we hope you can collect questions and we will solve them for you.

Some parts of the machine are consumables, such as bag opening suction cups, etc..
1. We will send a certain number of replacement parts with the machine.
2. If the spare parts are used up, we will ship them at cost price and express them to you. For spare parts of well-known brands,  you can buy them locally.
