General Description
This machine is applicable for powder dosing and filling in the form of 4 side sealed sachet, with single cutting or string sachet cutting.
Materials Application
Configured with different accessories, it is suitable for the packaging of various powdered products.
Like milk powder, baby rice cereal, instant coffee, protein powder, powdery drugs, powder additives, vitamin drink powder, supplements, dyeing Ingredients, flavors, spices, etc.
Bag Formats Application
This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
With different design, the machine is able to form different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting.
Working Processes
The working processes include:
- The machine pull laminate packaging film to the film splitting devices;
- And the film splits into specific lanes;
- Then go through the sealing mold to seal longitudinal side and first horizontal side;
- In the meanwhile, the dosing device doses and fills the powder into the sachet through the open side;
- Finally, do the last side sealing and cutting off.
