General Description
Configured with volumetric cups, this machine is applicable for dosing and filling of granule products and sealing in form of sachet, with 4 side sealing style.
Materials Application
It is applicable for various granular products packaging, such as freeze dried coffee, popping candy, sugar, pepper, yeast, sea salt, desiccant and medicine, etc.
Bag Formats Application
This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
With different design, the machine is able to form different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting.
Working Processes
The main working processes include the sachet forming, product dosing, filling and sachet sealing, in different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting or other irregular shape punching.
