General Description
This machine is applicable for dosing and filling of liquid, semi-liquid products, and sealing in the form of sachet, with 4 side sealing style.
Materials Application
Configured with different accessories, it is suitable for packaging of liquid and semi-liquid products, such as ketchup, paste, jelly, mayonnaise, olive oil, chili sauce, honey, drinks, medicine, shampoo, cream, lotion, etc.
Bag Formats Application
This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
With different design, the machine is able to form different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting.
Working Processes
The main working processes include the sachet forming, product dosing, filling and sachet sealing, in different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting or other irregular shape punching.
