General Description
This machine is applicable for dosing and filling of powder products, and sealing in form of sachet, with 4 side sealing style.
Materials Application
Configured with different accessories, it is suitable for the packaging of various powdered products.
Like milk powder, baby rice cereal, instant coffee, protein powder, powdery drugs, powder additives, vitamin drink powder, supplements, dyeing Ingredients, flavors, spices, etc.
Bag Formats Application
This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
With different design, the machine is able to form different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting.
Working Processes
The working processes include the sachet forming, product dosing, filling and sachet sealing processes, in different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag cutting or other irregular shape punching.
