Description

General Description

This machine is applicable for the forming, filling and sealing of back sealed bag/stick, gusset bag and irregular shaped bag.

Material Application

Configured with different dosing devices, it is suitable for the packaging of powdered, granular and liquid products, such as tea powder, milk powder, wash powder, mixed drink powder, oatmeal, candy, rice, nuts, liquid brew coffee, hand sanitizer and more.

Bag Formats Application

This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
With different accessories, it could form 3/4-side sealed sachet, back seal stick, pillow bag and gusset bag.

Working Processes

The packaging processes include the stick forming, powder dosing and filling, stick sealing in different patterns, flat/zigzag cutting or other irregular shape punching.

Standard Features

  • It is applicable for the form fill seal of back seal pouch/stick‚ 3-side and 4-side sealed sachet by parts change over or replacement of tube former
