Multi-Lane Powder Back Sealed Stick Form Fill Seal Machine
General Description
Integrated with servo augers, this machine is applicable for powder dosing and sealing in form of stick with back sealing style.
Materials Application
Configured with different accessories, it is suitable for the packaging of various powdered products.
Like milk powder, baby rice cereal, instant coffee, protein powder, powdery drugs, powder additives, vitamin drink powder, supplements, dyeing Ingredients, flavors, spices, etc.
Bag Formats Application
According to project requirements, the machine is able to form different patterns of sealing, and flat, zigzag or round corner cutting off.
Working Processes
The packaging process includes the stick forming, powder dosing and filling, stick sealing in different patterns, flat/zigzag cutting or other irregular shape punching.

4) This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
